This year for Christmas, we invited Roger's mom and dad to stay with us Christmas Eve and then open presents with us on Christmas Day. This was about the first time, we have done that with them. It seems like so many times, we go away for vacation over Christmas. Anyway, this year Barb (Roger's mom) treated us to her "secret" recipe that she makes every Christmas morning, Caramel Coffee Ring. It didn't last long and was really easy to make. The kids helped out and I was even gifted this special recipe that came from Roger's grandma. Roger's mom and I both love to cook, she more than I, so it was really special that I received the recipe. Thanks Barb!

You should try my PB&J. You will never be the same :) Actually... I make a wicked good spinach salad, but you know that :) That thing Barb made looks like that cream cheese thing from the Kraft foods mag!
