Fun in the cold
Saturday afternoon our Sunday School class had a great group activity planned. We went to the Nibco Ice Skating Park in Elkhart by the river. What a fantastic time! And it was very inexpensive. I think it was $1.50 for admission and $3 for skate rental. Now if you have your own skates, like us pros, then you only pay admission. So for the four of us we had a fun afternoon for less than $10. I would highly recommend going there! So here are a few pictures. Roger skated very well for only going a few times in his lifetime. Jadyn has gone twice now, and after a rocky beginning, ended up not wanting to leave. Ethan...what a trooper! He fell so much but hopped right back up and kept on going! He eventually got better and even learned how to jump. What a guy! I did OK. Once I got my laces tight enough, it was like riding a bike. You just don't forget. Amber & Matt also joined us for our fun afternoon.

looks like a blast Kim. Interstingly enought Jack asked if we could go ice skating today. He's never been. We've never even taken Isabella. We suck.
I thought I told you to make another contest today? You could've done free passes to the ice rink to the first person who comments...which would've been me. So send me a pass will ya?

That looked like a lot of fun...but I still prefer what I did and that was to hug & squeeze little Addison...I had the best part of the whole day!
