Weekend Activities

Here are the weekend activities...

Dying Easter eggs, probably the last time in a while. They didn't finish the job, so guess who did?

Mom and Dad having to finish the process

The finished piecing of Addison's quilt on Jadyn's bed...YEAH ME!

Ethan was trying to get something on his closet shelf, and was standing on a large ball (like a stepstool, but not) and lo and behold it rolled from under him and he pulled down the entire shelf and all his clothes hanging on it! So Roger stayed cool, calm, and collected, but punished Ethan by making him help repair the demolished closet and by wearing this hat all day long!

Roger...shoveling the 2 wet inches of snow that fell. Most of it melted away (at least on the roads and sidewalks) by the end of the day. It was a gorgeous day, so sunny!

And my most favorite part of the weekend so far was this picture. After taking it, I realized that I have a picture of all three of my kids, all about the exact same age, doing the exact same thing! So I had to get a frame to display! Of course, Jadyn & Ethan's pictures weren't digital but in a scrapbook, so right now I just copied onto photo paper until I find the negative and reprint them. I feel so early 90's! Hey Kim, 1992 called and is looking for their negatives! We have really come a long way in such a short time!

That is too cute! Dad & I just about died laughing about the hat Ethan had to wear all day! What a great thing for him to laugh about when he gets older! You're doing a great job w/those kids Kim & Roger! Although those pictures of you coloring Easter eggs makes me think of a time when we were doing eggs when we lived off of C.R. 8 & Roger helped us..... this was when Katy & Amber were still little farts!
With all the time it takes to raise a family it makes you wonder what you did before you had kids, doesn't it?
Have you told your siblings to enjoy those few short months they still have?

I loved the 3 pictures of the little cuties by the dryer. But the 4 empty spot could use a little baby don't you think? What a cute idea to frame all 3 at the same age.

Looks like a fun weekend. But now I need to see today's pictures.....:)

Nice talking with you yesterday!
