I have gotten a few nasty comments from someone who shall remain nameless (HG), about not blogging, so here goes.
Have you ever thought about why some kids poop the way they do? Or why they choose a certain position or quiet place? Right now you are probably thinking, am I seriously reading this?
Addison is a squatter, ever since she could walk, she simply squats and does her business. Well now, she also loves to hide. The other day I walked into my bathroom and found her hiding behind my shower curtain, squatting. She heard me and immediately started giggling!
Talk about a funny girl..........
Playing hide and seek is so much fun for her right now, so she just combined playing while pooping! Smart girl.
So did your kids have a "secret place or position" where they did their business?

Kim this is so funny you are writing about this! This topic comes up alot at our house! Logan makes a pretty big production and does NOT want to be disturbed. Olivia was potty trained at 21 months but still pooped in a diaper until this past January (age 3). She would go and get the diaper for me and cry if we asked her to go on the big potty! After lots of prayer she started going on the big potty (Praise God we can go to Him with anything!). But even now she must have privacy. How do they know to want privacy?
I am cracking up that Addison was hiding behind your shower curtain! Smart girl!
Nope...mine will go "dookie" whenever and wherever!!!! Ha!!!
Jamie
she's such a weirdo... at least she's not like one of your other kids who needed almost a complete hour of silence in hiding and made the entire family on edge for 5 days only to almost throw a party when the poo finally came!!! :)
oh, another thing - she doesn't squat when I'm babysitting, it's a full on explosion followed by giggling. And this normally happen 5 minutes after you step out the door.
that's my girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought you were going to post a recipe or 2????
Hmmmm??? Favorite pooping spots???? Well tonight it was diarrhea in the pants while at a family get together at Uncle Dave's. Wow, talk about fun. Cleaning diarrhea out of panties, while at someone else's home for a cookout. That is fun.
