When was the last time you played in the rain?
Over the last two days, I got to see Addison experience rain for the first time. At least it was the first time she got to play in it.
She was so funny and so eager to learn about it! She would make a "quick" circle from under the overhang of Dad's barn into the cold rain and then run back to the dryness of the barn. Then she would run right to the edge of where it was raining and stoop down and just look at it!
And then the puddles! What fun to see her run through them, and watch her watch Ethan in wonder as he was running through the puddles.
So often I forget about the wonder of rain, and I choose to grumble instead. Maybe next time, I will stoop down just to look at it too!

Isn't if fun to watch them discover something new in their little worlds? Sounds like Addison had a ball! Logan is trying to figure out thunderstorms, when there is lightening at night I can hear him in his crib saying "oh no!" So funny!
Continuing on the "wet" theme ... our pools' open! Can't wait to see you!
