First of all, what was I thinking when I went to the fair today? For those of you who know me well, you realize how much I loath the crowds and parking and heat of the fair. Well, I sucked it up and took Ethan and Addison to the fair today. (Pictures to come later) I think the Good Lord knew I was coming because it was practically empty when I arrived. I got a front row parking spot right by the grandstand entrance and the crowd level was at an extreme minimum. Praise the Lord! And I really did have a decent time. The kids loved the animals and Ethan won a few prizes and held a baby chick. That is good for him because he is pulling an "I am shy" charade at the moment. So stepping out of his comfort zone is good.
Also, I have been thinking a lot about why I started blogging in the first place. And really I began my blog so that my family and friends who do not live around us could keep up with our lives, not to end up on the public internet or anything. So I hope I am doing it justice for you and I really do not care if you comment or not. I am just glad that you have the chance to catch up with us, the Huffman's. It really has been fun to find out who does read about our family of five, though. I have a friend at church that doesn't comment, but she always tells me how much she enjoys catching up with us. I think that is great, and I always hope that it is worth the read. Much love, Kim.

I enjoy reading it because I hardly ever get to see you guys!!!!! Cheers!
I told Jadyn today that Mommy must've been really bored cause she took the kids to the fair and she says, 'good for them'. She was in that mood!
Even I learn new things about you and the kids (big and small).
Thanks for visiting us at the fair today! Love you!
Sarah, very funny!!
Kim, It's been fun getting to know you in a different way through your blog. I think your doing a great job with it. Very well put about the comment thing. :)
Hey just an idea ... for us old people. :) Could you change the color of your font? I'm too lazy to go get my glasses in the bedroom, and I can hardly read your blog.
Speaking of old people! Did you park up against the fence of the race track? I think I saw your vehicle there when I left yesterday. So anyway, that was handicap parking! :) Just thought you'd like to know.
Cindy ~ Don't be so proud and wear your glasses--suck it up and deal with it!
I and my wife Charlotte love seeing your pics and reading your comments. We don't see alot of our family from back in the midwest and it is great to see the pics and read your comments! Great work!
