I realized the other day as I was going through all of my posts, labeling, that I hadn't posted may pics of the new house lately. These latest pics are from last week. The framing is getting done in the next week. They are finishing up all the details, and doing a great job! Then electricians will begin this week. Our walk through with the electrician was fun, but also thought provoking. How do I know where I want outlets or how many? Anyway, enjoy the pics. I will do my best to describe what you are looking at.
The front of the house, garage on the right. We didn't want our guests looking into our garage as they arrived. So the garage doors are on the opposite side, our private entrance. Guests will be able to park up front and come in the front door (and not through the garage). Think that will happen? :)
This is looking from the great room through the breakfast room to the family room. On your right will be the kitchen.
This is looking from the family room back to the great room. Kitchen on the left, breakfast on right. Dining room beyond the kitchen, to the left of the great room. Our Master bedroom is also beyond the great room, on the side of the house.
This is looking into my kitchen. We are having a walk in pantry that will look like a continuation of my cabinetry. No door... just more cabinets tucked away.
This is looking into the family room from the kitchen.
The back of the house. Can't wait!
Hope you enjoyed the tour!

House is lookin' darn good Kim. Building, for Jeff and I, was great a great and horrible experience all wrapped up into one. There were a lot of tears and lots of happiness. But all in all I think I would do it again, and looking at your pics gives me the itch.
